Through this Site, Hill's Drug Store may offer online tools and forms related to:

• Prescription refills and refill request submission through the RxLocal platform;
• Prescription transfers from another pharmacy to Hill's;
• Custom compounding consultations for human and veterinary medications;
• Home health & durable medical equipment (DME) inquiries;
• Immunizations and vaccination appointment scheduling; and
• General health newsletter sign-ups and pharmacist contact requests.

Submission of a request through the Site does not constitute a confirmed order or appointment. All prescriptions, refills, transfers, compounded preparations, and appointments are subject to verification by a licensed Hill's pharmacist, applicable state and federal law, and product availability.

3. No Medical Advice

The content provided on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and shall not be construed as, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor does it create a clinician–patient relationship between you and Hill's Drug Store.

4. Prescriptions & Dispensing

Hill's Drug Store will only dispense prescription medications pursuant to a valid prescription issued by a licensed medical practitioner acting within the appropriate scope of practice. We reserve the right to decline to fill or refill any prescription if, in the professional judgment of our pharmacists, doing so would be inconsistent with applicable law, accepted pharmacy practice, or the best interests of patient safety.

Online refill and transfer requests are a convenience and not a guarantee of service. You will be notified if additional information is required to complete your request.

5. Privacy & HIPAA

Hill's Drug Store respects the privacy and confidentiality of your protected health information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of such information is governed by our HIPAA Privacy Notice and applicable federal and state privacy laws.
